Step 1: Beginning Monday, February 24, 2025, click here to begin the registration process for your incoming kindergarten student through Final Forms.

Step 2: Once you’ve completed Final Forms, you must bring copies of the following documents to the elementary school’s main office:

• Completed kindergarten registration packet

• Birth certificate

• Social Security card

• Immunization records

• Two (2) proofs of residency (one must be a current lease or deed)

• Parent/guardian’s driver's license or state ID

• Court documents - most recent court order or foster placed paperwork (if applicable)

• Special education - I.E.P., E.T.R., 504 Plan (if applicable)
